5-6pm Flexibility

Flexibility dance classes focus on improving a dancer's range of motion and overall flexibility, incorporating various stretching techniques and exercises to enhance movement and prevent injuries. These classes often include traditional stretches, dynamic movements, and core strengthening exercises, tailored to the specific needs of dancers. The goal is to achieve functional, usable flexibility that supports dance technique and performance. 

6-7pm Strength

7-8pm Jazz / Parent Meeting

Classes usually include a warm-up, isolations, stretches, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography combinations. Students learn to isolate body parts, move with a grounded style, and express rhythmic complexity through sharp, fluid movements. The classes emphasize precision, rhythm, physical challenges, and personal style and expression. 

A parent meeting for a dance company serves as a platform for communication and collaboration between studio staff and parents, fostering a supportive environment for dancers. These meetings typically cover important information about the dance program, including team expectations, training schedules, performance opportunities, and financial obligations. They also provide a space for parents to voice concerns, ask questions, and connect with other families involved in the program. 

Regular dance attire may be worn for and tech and combo classes.
