Competition Company Auditions
Season 2026–2027 | EL3VATE
Our Competition Company is designed for dancers who are ready to commit, train with purpose, and push themselves to the next level. This program emphasizes strong technique, consistency, teamwork, and performance excellence in a positive and disciplined environment.
If your dancer is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow—we want to see them audition.
What We Look For
We are seeking dancers who demonstrate:
• Strong technical foundation
• Willingness to learn and take corrections
• Commitment to consistent training
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Team-focused mindset
Placement is based on ability, maturity, and readiness, not just age.
Audition Information
Auditions are required for all dancers interested in joining the Competition Company for the 2026–2027 season.

📍 Location: Mad House Dance Company
(Specific audition times and age divisions will be emailed prior to auditions.)
Commitment Expectations
Competition Company dancers are expected to commit to:
• Weekly technique and rehearsal requirements
• Summer training and choreography intensives
• Competition weekends and performances
• Studio policies, attendance standards, and dress code
A full Company Handbook will be provided to families prior to final acceptance.

What to Expect at Auditions
Dancers will be evaluated on:
• Technique (turns, jumps, flexibility)
• Strength and control
• Ability to pick up choreography
• Performance quality and confidence
• Focus, effort, and coachability
No prepared solo is required unless otherwise noted.

Our program focuses on long-term dancer development, not shortcuts. We prioritize proper training, injury prevention, confidence, and growth—on and off the stage.
Dancers are supported, challenged, and pushed to EL3VATE their technique, mindset, and performance each season.
